I grew up in this neighborhood and just went for the first time on NYE. Amazing coffee and Oatmilk! Most of all, great service. Malcolm says it how it is, knows his stuff, you can tell he knows his usual customers, and takes time to chat with new ones too. Really enjoyed the coffee and our chat! I now live in NYC, and will def be going back when in town. Because no, they don’t make them like that here!

What a lovely little find! I stopped in and met the owner, he knows his coffee and serves a beautiful product. I didn’t realize this store was cash only and he graciously insisted I have the coffee regardless. The cafe is quaint and cozy and I can tell it’s frequented by locals. It was a very nice experience.

The food here is delicious and all homemade and fresh! Coffee was outstanding as well. Such a comfortable and positive environment, staff was the most friendly I’ve ever encountered! So happy we found this place and will be returning!

I have driven by this place thousands of times, and never once thought to go in. A few months ago, I finally did, and I thought to myself that I regret not going in sooner. The coffee drinks are excellent. The fruit smoothies are excellent, as long as they have fruit available that you like. I have had a few breakfast sandwiches here, and have immensely enjoyed them all. Fresh made, obviously not preformed and just reheated. They have enough options available to suit even the pickiest of eaters. My wife usually has the Belgian waffles with fruit. Fluffy and tasty, and good sized, too much for her actually, so I can say they taste really good, as well. The owner also offers a rare coffee experience that is hard to find in the US, kopi luwak. I have yet to try it here, but having consumed large quantities of the coffee, I look forward to sampling his suppliers coffee. (When I was in university, I had a friend who was married to an Indonesian woman, and she would send the coffee in all her care packages to him, while she was waiting for her visa to come here) Prices here are not super low, but the quality more than makes it worth a trip here. I look forward to trying more of the offerings and trying the kopi luwak. Edit 10/16/18. Had a chance to try the kopi luwak. Amazing experience, the flavor was beyond my expectations. I’ve had it other places before, but coming from the coffee siphon, made it taste that much better. Plus the owner explains the process and how it works, why it works the way it does, and why he brews it as such. The flavor was so good, it makes me want to invest in my own coffee siphon.

Fantastic service and food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Mal will make sure you are satisfied with your order. Highly recommend the crepes (sweet or salty) be warned there will be a wait but its well worth it, it's busy for a reason. They also have a great variety of coffee that will keep you coming back for more.

Cozy home feel with coffee in mugs and aroma of fresh baked goods. The staff was very inviting and helpful, my Nutella crepes were to die for! My toddler sat at the doorway and watched as the cars went buy. Win win!

Instant love for this place!! A must visit!!! The gentlman (master barista) that owns this cafe has the up most charismatic personality and so welcoming he makes you feel like home. This gent knows his products and he makes delicious coffee! I ordered the mocha latte and it's the best i have ever had! The perfectionist balance of chocate, expresso, milk, and hint of cherry/cinnamon flavor! WOW! Will definitely come back when I'm in RI again. Thank you again!

Best coffee in New England! Malcom knows the deal! He’s one of the only coffee shops around that actually takes the time to brew coffee the way it was intended! Using authentic methods of brewing Malcom out real passion and love into his coffee and food! Most shops around don’t put as much effort into their business as this guy does. I had the best iced cappuccino here! I’ve made so many attempts to find a good coffee and have failed! Come to Caffe-Bon-Ami, you won’t be disappointed!
